Hello, Casey here!

As a second-generation Asian-American, I understand how culture, identity, and family dynamics can profoundly impact mental health.

I became a therapist because I’ve lived through the silence surrounding mental health. In our sessions, we will create a space where we can authentically reclaim and take control of the narrative of your own unique story.

Areas of Focus: Anxiety, Depression, Cultural identity, Couples’ communication (Relationship & Sex), Grief & Life transitions.

Training/Workshops Completed: Gottman Method Level 1, EFT Externship 2021, Sex Therapy 101 & 201, Understanding OCD Subtypes
